How to See Your Doctor
Our clinic runs by an appointment system, all appointments are a standard 10 & 15 minutes and we do have openings for emergencies and these will be dealt with on priority. Please let our friendly staff know if you are in need of an appointment for 2 or more medical problems, Care plans, Mental Health Plans, Commercial Drivers Licence or Work Medicals e.g. as these will all require a long appointment. If you no longer need your appointment,we would appreciate if you could please phone and cancel.
We are a mixed billing practice, patients will be privately billed except Pensioner, Healthcare Card Holders and Children under 16 years. Care Plans & Health Assessments will continue to be bulk billed. Call reception for any queries.
We advise patients if they have had pathology or radiology test, to make a follow up to see the doctor for results.
Our clinic does not provide Home visits if you have a medical emergency please call 000.
After Hours Service
If you are in need of medical attention when we are closed, please call our After hour service. The National Home Doctor service this is a bulk billed in home service Phone:137425
Recall and Reminder System
We have a computerised recall and reminder system in place. You will receive a reminder to attend the clinic if the doctor considers it is necessary.
Repeat Referral Scripts
If you require a Referral letter or Script you will require an appointment with the doctor.
